Service Description

Start your healing journey. In the Initial 2 Hour session, we will do an intake of your history and current and past imbalances, lifestyle, and assess your constitution (prakriti), as well as your specific imbalances (vikruti). You will receive personalized herbal, dietary, and lifestyle recommendations and suggestions. In follow up sessions (1 Hour), we will track progress and make any changes necessary to optimize your healing. You will receive: Herb, Diet & Lifestyle recommendations and suggestions tailored to your specific constitution, needs, and life situation Yoga poses as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner detailed recipes suitable for your unique needs
